Respectful treatment for everyone
Professional Massage Policy
Professional boundaries
Clients and therapists must treat each other respectfully. Inappropriate requests, comments, exposure or behaviour will result in the treatment being stopped. The client may be asked to leave, refused future appointments and, where appropriate, reported.
Clothing and draping
Underwear must be worn during oil and body massage. Appropriate professional draping is used. Traditional Thai massage is performed fully clothed.
Health and suitability
Please tell your therapist about relevant injuries, health conditions, medication, pregnancy or recent medical care before treatment. Massage is not medical diagnosis or treatment and may not be appropriate for everyone.
Communication
Please say if you would like the pressure changed or if anything feels uncomfortable. You may ask to pause or stop the treatment at any time.
